The first round of interview was easy with standard questions around project management. But post the interview, I was asked questions regarding my plans for pregnancy. And if I join Birlasoft, I should not have such plans for a year. For which I clearly communicated that this seems inappropriate but I was told if I don't answer these questions now, they will be asked again in later interviews. And, for which I was very offended and decided to withdraw my application on the spot. It is very disappointing to see such bias, still exists in the industry.
