No process. Only unprofessional questions. No one is there to judge your knowledge. Only meaningless questions to waste your time. Please do not apply for this company.Very bad process. Unprofessional HR attitude.

Applied online. Got call. Its a small office already 15 people working, i dont know where are they going to put new employees. I dont think they are interested in hiring. First i had to give ROR online test, then sit for another hour. Then an interview (group of 2 will ask you questions for 1+1/2 hours - they will take break, but wont give you a break). This was okay. Then wait another half hour for another interview. This will be directly taken by the director himself. Looks like Director Can't find his own employees capable enough to do the job. I found online bad ratings about the company. Since last year they said in 6 months they will hire over 100 programmers. and 1 year later i see only 15-20. They have only 1 small office floor in kolkata. Looks like business is not going so well as expected. Director will ask you question from anything related to java, ios, php, javascript, linux, out of expertise question mostly. And you cant even interrupt to tell him that you're asking out of expertise questions. I'm applying for ROR job, not to handle all your work. What else i can say, just be ready to be disappointed in the end because they dont have office space for new employees and they dont even want to hire for ONLY ROR job but for all positions in one. unless you have all expertise in one its waste of time.
