The interview process was thorough and well-structured. It began with an initial screening interview focusing on my background and experience. Following that, I was invited for a more in-depth assessment. This second stage included a series of intelligence tests designed to evaluate my problem-solving abilities and cognitive skills.

Entrevista
I applied on stagipebune.ro website. The first part included a written interview with general web development questions, starting from html, css, Javascript to Php and Databases. The second interview is a face to face with two developers.

The interview started with some general questions regarding operating systems, like what is the difference between a process and a thread. It continued with questions from the front-end, like async Javascript, backend, databases (race conditions).
