      The interview process was well-structured, however, my overall experience was frustrating due to a clear disconnect between what was assessed during the interviews and the feedback I received. The rejection reasoning seemed based more on assumptions rather than facts, particularly regarding my leadership approach and adaptability. The feedback implied expectations that were never explicitly stated in the interview process. If there were specific qualities the company was looking for, they should have been clearly outlined beforehand instead of retroactively used as a justification for rejection. Additionally, the discrepancy between what was asked and what was evaluated raises concerns about bias in the process. It suggests that either the interviewers lacked a structured evaluation framework or allowed subjective judgment to override actual performance, which is inherently discriminatory. Instead of objectively assessing my strengths, it felt like an effort to confirm a predetermined decision. If the company truly values a fair and transparent hiring process, it should ensure that interviews align with measurable criteria, and feedback should provide actionable insights instead of vague, contradicting statements. Right now, the process in Bitvavo appears to be more about justifying a hiring choice rather than making a fair assessment.
