I was under impression that Bitwise is good company to work with and thought to join the company but I was wrong. I would like to share my experience with Bitwise here. So, we discussed on the offer and other benefits and I Agreed too. And to complete process smoothly, I have kept my other offer on hold, because I was interested to join Bitwise, and I was waiting for the official email, but after few weeks I just called recruiter to check the progress, so he said I am working on it and I will share official email with all details shortly, again patiently waited for one week but no email and when I called recruiter again, he dint picked up the call and thereafter he never responded, I have wasted time running behind the recruiter and by that time, I loosed other offer as well. This is very unprofessional behavior shown by recruiter, which is very risky to the new candidate . Recruiter needs to communicate with candidate and provide the information,whatever it may be rather than ignoring.
