It was a really bizarre interview, with somethings that I thought was sketchy/red flags. They wanted to do really soon the interview and they had a lot of time slots available for you to choose. They described in the LinkedIn post that was a manager position and when I did the interview with 2 more candidates at the same time, they explained the agency and that was a position that you were going to be in the street asking for donations for organizations such as unicef, etc. It sounded to me that was more like a soliciting job.

I interviewed with The Bizarre Agency, and the experience was disappointing. The interview was very brief—under 15 minutes—with minimal information provided about the role or company structure. The questions were vague, and it felt more like a checkbox process than a meaningful conversation. There was little opportunity to ask questions or get clarity on expectations. Overall, the process lacked professionalism and transparency, which raised concerns about the company’s operations and culture.

They only asked me one vague question about my background, without diving into specifics of the role or how my experience related to their needs. There were no follow-up questions, which made the conversation feel rushed and disorganized.
