The Product Manager found me on LinkedIn and we had the first conversation. I was aware of the startup.
I asked for the JD as it is crucial to know the basic expectations and also because the title had a mix of UX and UI.
When i received the JD, it was good as the expectations were more and more on the Core UX side and less of Visual design side.
-- Telephonic Round
The telephonic round took around 30-40 minutes and the PM made it clear that he was expecting a

Questions were on the basic understanding of UX and difference between UX and UI.

-- In Person Interview:
The in person interview happened at Andheri office of Bizongo and i spoke to
- Product Manager
- UX / UI Designer
Discussed about my expectations and future growth opportunities. The founder was aware of the criticality of UX as a function and also acknowledged the worth of having Design Research as a function to enhance the future product requirements and direction.
