Similar to other candidates that applied to this role, I had an interview on a Thursday and it went pretty well. I was scheduled for the second round with the hiring manager however that interview was canceled and I received a rejection letter.

My interview experience seems to mirror others here. The interview request came the day after I applied. The first HR screening was scheduled for the same week, and the second interview with the Director of Customer Success was set up the following day. I was led to believe I was a strong candidate and had great conversations during both interviews, but then I was ghosted for three weeks. I followed up each week and requested feedback, but I did not receive any real response…only an automatic rejection promptly after my last follow-up.
I also noticed that the job listing had been reposted numerous times since my first interview.
Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet if communication is this poor.
