The interview process included 2 interviews. One interview at my university that lasted 15-30 minutes. If they like you, the second interview is at the location where you would work. This interview will last about 6 hours.

Applied online and the recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call, it went well then follow-up "we are going to move forward with another candidate the manager interviewed previously". It was posted as remote then I was told it is actually hybrid in an office working with people who have nothing to do with the role.
