I was called for an interview through a placement agency. The HR contacted me once they received my resume. On the Interview day, HR explained me who will interview me and told me to fill up the skill set paper and my personal data and details of experience. I was later interviewed by engineering head and office manager. They made me comfortable before the interview started. I was asked to introduce myself and tell me about my career till date. They asked me why I want to join B&V. Technical questions were about my job profile, my achievments and more on process and basics of engineering. I asked them on the present projects that B&V is doing and in which project I would be involved if selected. They also told me about the company's future plans and how they would like to grow in India and Pacific Asia.
