The entire process was very smooth and it only took a month between applying and the offer being made. I applied online and received an email a week later inviting me for an interview. The interview was a panel interview (HR, Chief Engineer and a business manager). The interview started with a presentation that I was asked to make and present. I was then asked the basic questions in any interview (Why B&V? Why did you apply for the job? Dissertation?). After the basic questions there were a few technical questions. Finally there was a few competency based questions. The interview was very laid back and all the interviewers were very kind and supportive. I received a letter in the mail 2 days later with an offer. Overall this was by far the best interview process I have ever encountered.
