Whole process took 1 month. First round I was interviewed by 3 people, asking questions about the technology I've worked on, basic questions about embedded programming and OS. They then sent me a technical assignment, scripting with python and multi threaded programming with C and some more questions about RTOS and embedded. A week after I interviewed with a panel, 7 people, asking me about my embedded projects and previous work at BlackBerry and general background questions. Finally there was a behavioural 3rd round with an HR person, discussing behavioural questions and a chance to negotiate salary and offer. After that, background check and offer. Overall the recruitment team had really good engagement and kept me in the loop the whole time.

Applied online, got a call to set-up an interview on skype. 1 hour long interview with a mix of behavioural and technical questions. Make sure you know functional, non-functional testing if you're applying for a test specialist role.
