I went to two Blackrock networking events before applying online. If you pass the online application, you'll be invited to do virtual cover letter. One month later, I heard back and was invited to do first round interview via Hirevue.

HR reached out to me after a successful virtual cover letter, and booked my an interview with one of the team's analysts. The analyst was really nice and the interview wasn't at all technical, more kind of getting to know me.

First stage online virtual cover letter consisting of three questions. Not difficult questions at all. All 3 questions were fairly standard and can be found online. Did not make it past this stage unfortunately.
