The interview was a full day of meetings with various department heads and directors. They asked questions around the CV, my specialist knowledge and past experiences. It was a mix of broad general industry questions as well as questions about the organisation itself.

I applied through linkedin and got an email from HR about visa details. Then i got another email for 30mins telephonic interview. It happened within 1 week and went well . It was more about the process and behavioral questions and within 1hr i got another email from HR asking about 1.5hrs for 3 more rounds face to face. Within 1 week i had the interview and it was same process and behavioral with Directors. It went well and within 1 day got an email from HR asking for another 2hrs with 4 people( DIs and MD level), each 30mins. And within a week all completed. Everything went fine. But its almost 2 months i didnt get any proper update.
