2 phone calls, then in-person (this was pre-covid). Met 5 or so people in-person, included a case study. People were nice and smart but I didn't hear a response until 8 weeks after the interview which is quite long...

Filled out application after employee referral. HR email. Followed by no response. Bizarre when referral was done by a senior employee. Obviously a very large organisation and acted very much like one.
