First a phone interview to verify basic information. Second phone interview about skills. Third in-house interview with multiple teams that lasted about 4 hours. Human Resources was very helpful and knowledgable about the company.

Why am I leaving my current employer to work at Blackrock.
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
