Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. application submission then hirevue immediately. Then screening interview then spd. Standard process for summer analyst recruiting. The interview was concise and was not difficult. Pretty much industry standard idk
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.

Interview question is straightforward, mostly is you need to describe detailed on behavioural questions, such as what will you do in certain situations, and your opinions on certain topics, you will be given 2 mins to prepare before the recording start

Started off with Hirevue, then proceeded to first round of interview, which was two separate sessions. After that, waited for about a month, then got the final round of interview.
