1 Technical Interview with current employee:
You're given a problem on Hackerrank and then you have to solve the coding problem by writing pseudocode. They'll ask you questions about your methods and why you did certain things.

Write a program to determine if the current configuration of a tic tac toe board will lead to a win on the next move for the 'X' player.
A winning configuration is one where there is 3 'X's in a row -> 2 'X's in the same column, row or diagonal means that the 'X' player can win on the next move
The program must output the coordinate of the location that will result in a win, in the format x, y

2x 30 mins interviews, why Blackrock, asked about economic events, asked to do a stock pitch, was given 2ish minutes to think of a company and do SWOT analysis on it

Entrevista
Interview with the PPP Group (private equity). One round of fit questions with investor relations team, one round of technical questions with the investment team. Technical questions include valuation method, explaining rationale of certain recent deals, etc. The IR team was quite nice, but the investment team members did not care at all about the interview. A VP was clearly working / not listening while I was speaking, and the goal of the analyst was clearly to go as technical as possible with the candidate, which did not feel like interviewing for a discovery week programme.

I submitted my application: A CV and some information about my school, and wrote some written answers. Then I did a HV and answered a few questions online. never heard back after.
