Phone interview, 1st round = 2 30min interviews. AC = 2-hour interviews + group and solo excercise. Good all round process, just make sure you're friendly, display the values, and know what you're talking about as you will be challenged. The team are friendly, but will challenge you and don't forget you're in an interview. Offices have a great view, and good biscuits.
