I applied online and was asked to complete a video interview. It was a little awkward, of course, but the questions were good ones and helped weed out people who were not qualified. Then, I had a phone interview with the Director of Communications, who would be my supervisor, via phone. I did end up going to Charleston for the in-person interview. They paid for my travel and lodging overnight and the interview process was coordinated very well. The position was put on hold after poor quarterly earnings, and by the time it was reinstated, I had taken another job.
