Unattended video interview - Responded to application with remote unattended video interview via "HireVue." Tools provides intro, technical help, and process. You can practice a bit and then they present interview questions and you have a short period of time to think and then record your answer using video conference...no one is on the other end. Questions were what I would expect for the role if I was talking to a person. But it definitely felt odd recording answers that way...with no dialog and no interaction or ability to even read body language. I wasn't a big fan of that approach. I also don't know what time it really save the company as someone needed review all the video answers anyway.
