After completing the video submittal for the first round, I was selected to meet with the hiring manager. She clearly did not want to be there, had no structure at all, booked an hour interview when she had a 30 minute hard stop, and never read my resume. It's OK if you have a favorite already picked out, I just get annoyed when there's no effort put forth at all. My time matters, too.
