I recently had an interview with Blackhawk networks , and to say the experience was disappointing would be an understatement. During the interview, I was told they were in search of a UI automation engineer. However, just three days later, their recruiter reached out to me saying they were actually looking for an API automation engineer. Such a lack of clarity and coordination between the recruitment team and interviewers is concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s organizational structure. It’s crucial for prospective candidates to know what role they are being considered for, and such mixed messages create unnecessary confusion. I hope Blackhawk networks addresses this inconsistency to ensure a smoother process for future candidates.
