The recruiter called me with a twenty minutes delay, so I had to postpone the call. He called me on the next day and introduced the product and the company. He also asked me about the wished salary and the starting date (important thing to mention!!!).
A week later, I was invited to do a case study and then meet the manager who asked intrusive questions about my current company. At the end of the day the recruiter called me to announce that they want to stop the hiring process because they cannot wait three months for this position (the recruiter knew exactly that I had a notice period of three months!!!!). I guess it was only a benchmark (I feel bad for that!). Just look on their LINKEDIN page, they only hire interns and junior profiles. What a shame!
