The interview process was great. They do three rounds. The first is short and simple and it is by the hiring manager. The second round is more in detail about the growth model of the company and what they stand for. The interviews were virtual but I felt like they put a lot of effort into getting to know me throughout all. The third interview is a phone call that is short and simple. They asked what the biggest things were that stood out in the interview process and they challenged a little on how I think I would do in the company. I really enjoyed how personal the process was and how they explained everything about the business. Most impactful interview process I’ve had.
