First a phone call by Nkere then an informal meeting in one of the branches, 3rd skype with Nkere
Everything was going well and he kept saying "I have a good feeling about this" until I mentioned that I read a lot of positive reviews along with some negative ones and that's my concern, about the "feedback" ,he started a fallacy and saying it depends on the person how to take the "negative feedback" ,its on them how they interpret the feekback and how does a person grow if there aren't any feedbacks (which actually nowadays there is a lot of articles and physiological researches on quite the opposite fact, which is if you want a person to grow, you need a POSITIVE enforcement, so I didn't hear back from him and I also sent a very polite email to follow up and see if I was a "successful candidate " , which rudely in canadian culture, he didn't even reply back, so
then I realised all the negative comments were not that far from the truth, here is my advice, if you want the position with them, dont mention about the feedback, cause either way, they won't like it and that tells me something must be going on otherwise there was nothing to fear.
