I was received a simple coding challenge and a hirevue. The hirevue involved a series of questions, with unlimited time to prepare and multiple takes. The coding challenge invovled a simple task. I was rejected for code quality, even though it was a tiny simple function, when no criteria of assessment were given.

A whole day. Technical round, group discussion and an interview. Just picking one candidates from 30. It was a waste of time imo. If your personality doesn't fit the company, I think it's over.

Hash table. Why blink. A lot of workplace scenario question that won't happen irl. Like what if two senior insist you have to complete their work but you don't have enough time for kt.

First round call with the Head of Product Engineering. Was a good chat. It was nice to speak to an engineering from round 1, it helped me get a sense of the place.
Round 2 was an in-person in-office interview with the Head of Product Engineering and a backend engineer (senior I believe). I was asked to prepare to speak on and potentially whiteboard 2 things: 1) a computer science topic; 2) a recent technical challenge.
I think this was a good way of doing the technical portion of the process. Helps each side get a feel for the other in person, let me see the office and get a sense of it, and the actual interview was quite fun to prep for.
Last round was an in-person in-office behavioural interview with 2 senior members of staff, I think it was CISO and Head of Product.
I felt it was a good chat. Although I'm not good at determining these things so who knows.
