Got called the day after I applied and went in the next day for an interview. It took 15 minutes where he asked me a few easy questions and had a conversation to try and get a feel for my ability to carry a conversation. A couple hours later I got called to do a job shadow the next day. I followed around a Client Manager for the day and then did a final interview at the end of the day. An hour later I got an offer.
