Communication was prompt, clear and transparent throughout the entire process, and every interviewer showed a genuine interest in my experience, knowledge and insights for the role. It was a fairly straightforward interview structure, which began with an 30-minute HR screening call, followed by a 60-minute hiring manager interview that included a product case in the last 15 minutes, and then a 45-minute technical assessment with a leader on the engineering team. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant application and interview experience, as I could truly see the company's great culture shine through during each interview and from the thoughtful and detailed answers to my questions at the end of each interview.
