Easy phone interview followed by an in person interview. More of a conversation than an actual interview. Interview was the person I would have reported to...she was very personable and honest about position. The only reason I declined the position was the schedule. I was hoping for a more flexible part time schedule and this was a Monday-Friday requirement. It would be a great company to work for with so much passion for their mission.
