Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 8 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2017
Entrevista
Applied mid February online, and after what seemed like an eternity with no response, they came back about 3 weeks later and asked for a video interview where you record answers to a number of questions on your screen, mostly situational based questions where they describe a scenario and ask for a response/opinion...I think you have about 3 minutes a question or so before it automatically moves to the next.
After about another week, they asked for availability for a Team Leader Interview, and that happened in their London offices with one onsite team leader and another one joining remotely via video conference
The interview was mostly competency based, and asking opinions about a variety of things...one quickly begins to get of sense that these people have no idea what they are actually talking about, and their only claim to knowledge is that they work for Bloomberg and therefore that is self evident of knowledge in itself! some of the questions really had no right/wrong answer and are a matter of opinion and experience, and they generally argue/challenge your point of view (which most of the time will mirror what you have just said just put in a different, so you often wonder if they are actually aware of that fact that they have just repeated what you said).
Face to face lasted about an hour, with the promise or getting back to you in a couple of days at most.....6 weeks after the interview, there wasn't so much as a rejection email or phone call, so just out of principle, I emailed for a feedback and an automatic response came through from the recruitment system saying I hadn't made it (it would have been nice to put a human touch to it, by just sending an email to the person that took the trouble to email you, instead of triggering an auto response)
