I applied online through carreer web page. The response came soon, however during my holiday, so we have arranged a phone call on next week on the day we agreed, but no confirmation mail/phone contact for the person who should make an interview with me was sent... Unfortunately, waiting for that call was a waste of my time, seems the communication between HR is not that efficient... But I decided, not to let go so fast and after several phone calls to Bloomberg, which was pretty exhausting, I finally received mail with details on interview. Interview was pretty short (10min), I felt like being in a hurry. Typical HR questions: why do you want to work for Bloomberg? What do you know about Bloomberg? What is the difference between fixed income and equity... type of question about which you can speak for a long time and from different aspects...but you simply dont know what would satisfy the interviewer. I would appreciate to have the interview in a more dialog form, not question and 2 min response times 5.
