First I submitted my resume and they replied with a pre-recorded interview request which gave me three business days to submit. The interview itself was not difficult but I don't think I spoke well enough to convince them. I prepared for it with medium effort and my answers to the questions were a little cliche (because I am still not sure what I want to do and have not so much passion about this position). The result of each step came quite fast so that was nice.

Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
