I interviewed for the Beijing office remotely since I was in US that time. 4 round interviews took me more than 3 months to complete, which was too long. Interviewers were quite friendly. Actually I benefited a lot from the whole process and succeed another interview later.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process
