I applied online and got the first response in a week or so. The overall process from the 1st interview (video-recorded) to the 5th (final) interview in the Bloomberg office took 3 months. The questions were 90% from the candidates' feedbacks here. The recruitment team was really awesome, they were nice and helpful, provided valuable tips and feedback from my previous interviewers so that I'd be better prepared for the next round. Also all the interviewers were nice and friendly, asked reasonable questions. My main advice would be to learn as much as you can about the role and think how you can relate your previous experience to the required qualifications and give some examples to prove that you're a great match for this role.
