First Interview was competency based with no technical questions. Questions mainly focused on motivation to work with the company and commitment. Was called for a second interview the very next day. The second interview was similar to the first one but the Analysts included a few role plays which made it a little challenging. Overall did pretty well over the two rounds but was unlucky not to receive an offer.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process
