The hiring process started with the online extensive application. After few days I was contacted by HR department from NY, USA by email and some conditions for the upcoming phone call were set. Some days later the phone call was made. After that I have not been admitted to the next phase of the hiring process.

Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
