Very smooth
First you need to do a hireview in two languages. Which is quite hard because they ask you all questions in English but answer in another language. From there you get a choice of taking an interview in-person or in video. I am having an interview soon.

There was a video - recorded interview before the actual interview. Mostly generic questions and one question about telling a experience where u went beyond in handling a client. It asked to answer the last question in a language other than english.

2 zoom interviews, behavioural and motivationall based as well as some competency question, very easy process and all my interviewers were nice, the interview was less to do about hard skills and more focussed on soft skills and interest in the company and in fintech.
