They do stress knowledge of the terminal product and the workflow of users. It is hard to get hired into sales externally since it is hard to learn this knowledge from the outside.

There was a quiz, a video interview, and then a behavioral and role-playing interview. The most difficult portion was the role-playing interview as I found some of the questions to be too vague about what they were actually asking.
