Quite short online application with CV and Cover Letter. Then got called by HR asking for competency based questions. Make sure you know Bloomberg very well. Then got to the Milan based office for a Skype interview with two associates working in GD in London. They were nice and friendly.

Why Bloomberg? How is GD different from data analysis?
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.

Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
