Bloomerang's hiring starts with a 12 question form to apply (with very thought-provoking questions). Fairly typical short phone screen, then an hour phone interview with untraditional questions, followed by a full day mixture of interviews and shadowing.

Applied and within a week someone reached out to me. I had a phone interview and an on-site interview at their office in Indianapolis. Overall experience was great, and people were easy to talk to.

Three rounds of interviews. Multiple with key Decision Makes & Sales Managers. Last round was with the Chief Relationship Officer/Co-founder. I don't believe they do this anymore. Conducted via phone & Zoom.
