Entrevista
I was recruited through indeed.com by the HR Manager. I sent him an email out of curiosity and decided to come in for an interview. I was told it would be a group interview but it wasn't - I met privately with him in his office and he basically told me because of my background he wanted me to meet the dept manager right away.
I met the dept manager the next Saturday and the brand executive the following Thursday. I was made an offer the next week.

Interviewer was 45 minutes late leaving her to cut my interview short in order to 'catch up' with other interviewees waiting. Suggest not mentioning this to future interviewees. Unprofessional, unorganized.

I met with the Account Executive for the Cosmetics line first, then was referred to the Cosmetics Department Manager for a one on one interview. The interview lasted less than 20 minutes. She basically said if the AE was okay with me, she was too....
