Panel interview with two senior leaders via Teams. They were most interested in discussing my experience and skills, but didn’t seem aware how to advertise for the company. I asked how does Blumetric differ from other consultants and they said that Blumetric stands out as a great technically skilled team. It’s a good catch for a client, not a potential employee though.

Only one question asked, which was "tell us about yourself". It was more of a conversation than an interview. All interviewees were very knowledgeable about the company. I believe the interview was between 45 minutes to an hour long. The process was quite fast. 2ish weeks between the first and second round interviews. Offer was extended about 2-3 days after providing references.
