gave me a retouch test to see if I was competent for role, webcam interview, and then final face to face interview. The people who interviewed me were not older than 30 yrs old, but acted as if they had extensive experience in determining who should be hired or not. They said they I passed the test but when It cam to the in person interview, they said my retouching skills were not strong enough after saying I did a really good job. The people who interview me are not leaders, but just kids trying to act as some sort of high authority, so they most likely felt intimidated. Very pretentious.
