The process went really well even though I didn't ultimately get the job. I spoke with the HR person on the phone before going in the following week to meet the hiring manager. HR was always prompt and followed up exactly when they said they would. Plus, they were really mindful of my time. I only waited for a few minutes before the HR assistant walked me to the conference room. The hiring manager met me promptly and then the HR manager came in with a few final questions at the end. It took exactly an hour (which they warn you about ahead of time)—but it was definitely refreshing having been on interviews where you spend more time waiting than actually speaking to an interviewer. It sounds like awesome things are happening at the company so I'm definitely bummed I didn't get the job, but I definitely plan on applying again in the future if something new comes up.
