Good experience. Scheduling occurs over email. You visit a cafe in-person and they make you feel welcome. You get asked about what hospitality means. They are very patient throughout the interview process and open to discussing day-to-day functions

Nice guy, simple customer service questions, took around 10-15 minutes. High turnover rate depending on the season so asks about your availability. I had previous work customer service and volunteer experience but pretty straight forward.

it was a pretty standard interview, only 30 minutes and asked a lot of questions on these glassdoor reviews. i got final offer letter one week after interview. they're hiring at a lot of locations in san francisco.

The first interview was a brief screening phone call. Second was in person at the cafe with the store manager. Provided an overview of the location, asked 4-5 questions, and then allowed me to ask follow-up questions.
