I applied on Indeed. HR called me multiple times, desperately trying to arrange an interview. To me, the team setting up interviews appears to be overworked and less competent than average. It’s not clear what level AM they want, but I have 7 yrs experience and they blew me off, despite saying they wanted another visit and my follow ups. Bummer! I would advise management to be more honest with candidates and to seek some assistance in their recruitment processes. This might be a good early career opportunity if they’re willing to take that chance, I’m not sure.
