First a phone screen with their internal recruiter, then an onsite where you're able to meet leaders from a few different divisions. It's great because you can see the whole company and make sure that it's a great fit for you. There may be a third step, to job shadow.

They want to know about specific contributions and RESULTS from your resume. Not just that you did something, they want to know what the RESULT was from you doing that.
The interview process involved multiple stages designed to assess both technical and behavioral competencies. It began with an initial HR screening to understand my background, experience, and interest in the role.
