Interviewed for a Hire Coordinator role. The process felt quite disorganised overall. There was a long gap between interview stages, and when I asked if it could be scheduled earlier, I was told no without much flexibility. The first round Zoom interview was very unstructured and felt more like a casual conversation than a proper assessment, with a lot of time spent on general small talk rather than anything role-specific. Communication wasn’t handled through normal email, so I had to keep logging into their platform just to check for updates, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily inconvenient. The second round interview didn’t feel very structured either. One interviewer seemed distracted on his computer, while the conversation was very informal and unclear, so it was hard to understand what I was actually being assessed on. After all that, the outcome was just a short message with no feedback at all, which felt quite disappointing given the time and effort involved. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and a bit frustrating.
