You meet with a few people either the director or managers to talk marketing. You literally can answer the questions in your sleep. They do lead gen, so be good at writing ads to trick old people into thinking they are getting free baths, windows or roofs. The turnover is actually pretty bad from what I’ve seen. People you think are doing well end up getting fired or resigned.
